As a successful Centre Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Centre Director in managing day-to-day operations, including responsibility for billing & collections, optimizing the sales process, the curriculum, internal marketing and scheduling.

Essential Job Functions

  • Direct the sales process of new and potential enrollments and handle initial inquiries, consultations and conferences with parents.
  • Meet goals set in regards to Centre performance, revenues, expenses and fee collection as per the Scholars Business and Execution Plan.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, educational specialists, and other school administrators, parent/teacher organizations, case managers and community contacts.
  • Demonstrate and uphold staff morale and ensure the professional appearance of the Centre.
  • Contribute to Centre profitability by controlling labour budget through staffing levels and schedules.
  • Provide oversight to staff related to all educational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Successful background in sales, marketing and sales skills with a strong focus on customer service, combined with post-secondary education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills, and the ability to build relationships. Effective problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Enjoys working with all types of continuous learners, from all ages and demographics. A strong interest in students of all ages and the desire to help all students succeed. Professional, enthusiastic, flexible and energetic.
  • Take personal responsibility for understanding, managing and meeting customer needs and expectations.

This position requires weeknights/evenings & Saturday Mornings.
