Hiring for a Hybrid Part Time Service Coordinator Role in London, Ontario

Position Summary

Working part time in a hybrid role at our Service Delivery Centre based in London, this position is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of client care.

Responsibilities
  • Support schedule planning for the healthcare team.
  • Schedule staff appropriately to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain an electronic client database.
  • File and manage client records.
  • Perform data entry for client, employee, and billing information.
  • Respond efficiently to caller inquiries.
  • Support billing activities.
  • Generate and distribute scheduling and billing reports.
  • Investigate and follow up on service errors or discrepancies.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Availability days, evenings, every other weekend, and stat holidays (7am-9pm).
  • Quiet, confidential workspace for remote work; presence in the office may also be required.
  • Access to high-speed internet and a computer.
  • Intermediate data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Experience with PC databases.
  • Good reading comprehension and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Courses in medical administration or healthcare preferred.
  • Experience with community health providers preferred.
  • Basic skills in MS Word and MS Excel preferred.
  • Willingness to attend 4-6 weeks of in-office training.
  • Availability to work in the London office at least one day per week.
