We’re looking for a highly organized Service Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of repair and maintenance programs for kitchen equipment and HVAC systems in the commercial foodservice industry. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact, coordinating with Service Partners to ensure jobs are assigned, completed efficiently, and meet customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage support requests from customers and service partners via email, phone, and chat.
• Assign incoming service requests to the appropriate Service Partners and oversee completion.
• Review and approve service quotes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Schedule, update, and monitor preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service administrative role, ideally in equipment service.
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a significant asset.
• A university degree or college/trade school diploma is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
• Knowledge of SAAS, FSM, or CMMS software is an asset.
• Dispatch experience is an asset.
• Must be organized with strong attention to detail.
