A leading company in the telecommunications sector is seeking a project assistant to support project management activities. The role involves planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation. Ideal candidates should have knowledge of telecommunications networks and experience with project management tools like JIRA.
Knowledge of telecommunications networks (3G, 4G, 5G).
Assist the project manager with project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
Highlight and escalate any issues early to enable timely mitigation.
Follow up with stakeholders and the project manager on problematic, incomplete, or not finalized activities.
Assist the project manager in driving project activities.
Help update project status in JIRA, including maintaining the RAID log with all relevant risks.
Assist in creating, compiling, and issuing reports as required.
Liaise with multiple teams to effectively manage resource assignments in the best interest of the projects and organization.
Identify and manage all project deliverables to meet project and business objectives, including In-Service Targets.
