Salary : $50,000 – $55,000 annually + Commission

EVS Canada Ltd. is a growing company that specializes in premium beverage services. As the exclusive Canadian partner for Nespresso Professional, nunshen tea, and Nayka water, we deliver exceptional service and value across multiple provinces. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations and assist with financial tasks.
Position Overview :
The Administrative Assistant will be key in keeping our operations running smoothly. While the core focus is on general administration and office support, including scheduling, internal communication, records management, and coordination tasks, we are looking for someone with experience in finance who can also contribute to financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting. Additionally, the position will temporarily support HR duties during a 15-month maternity leave.
