In this role, you will be managing activities toward: scoping new program architectural requirements, features, performance, and deliverables to ensure successful execution aligned with project scope and schedule. As a Program Management analyst, you will assist the Architecture team in developing and managing deliverable schedules and requirements through JIRA, JAMA, creating status reports, and developing strategies to improve program performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver all assigned program commitments from inception through execution.
2. Organize daily activities based on the goals/milestones of the program.
3. Collaborate with other departments to develop deliverable plans for the program.
4. Evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths and weaknesses.
5. Plan and track Architecture teams' deliverables for all programs.
6. Manage engineering organizational change flow through JIRA/JAMA for architectural features.
7. Facilitate external and internal customer preparation meetings.
8. Generate reports from JIRA/JAMA and drive requirement lifecycle to closure.
9. Drive initiatives and process improvements at various organizational levels into assigned programs.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in managing product change management through JIRA/JAMA is required.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and familiarity with program evaluation methods.
• Excellent communication and meeting coordination skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a large matrixed organization and influence results.

Academic Credentials:

BSEE (or equivalent) preferred.
