What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic communications plan for stakeholder messaging
- Implement a change management plan to engage stakeholders effectively
- Provide advisory services for the civilian readiness and talent management program
- Plan and facilitate the Army Civilian Forum and support logistics for Army Civilian Luncheon events
- Create a comprehensive employee engagement strategy and support metrics reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in graphic design and communications for government projects, or a bachelor's degree with ten years of related experience
- Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations and talent management life cycle
- Strong understanding of Army talent management initiatives and strategic planning
- Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
