20.90 / hour + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

Full-Time Schedule : 5 evenings / week – Select shift either: 12:05 pm to 9:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm

Here’s what you can expect to do: Our Field Sales Representatives are the heroes at the forefront of our commitment to Serve, Solve, Sell. You will undergo paid training to prepare you for independent work in the field. You'll learn about our products and how to deliver interactive sales opportunities, enhancing communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ongoing coaching and mentoring will keep you on track and tech-savvy. In the field, you'll demonstrate our Serve, Solve, Sell model:

Serve :

  • Meet customers in-home, in-office, or at other locations. Customer interactions are scheduled in advance, helping you meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, always prioritizing the customer.

Solve :

  • Address and resolve customers’ tech issues, providing understandable solutions regardless of their tech knowledge.
  • Ensure customers leave satisfied with a resolution and a product that meets their future tech needs.

Sell :

  • Use our product range to offer tailored solutions.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and position products accordingly.
  • Apply strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Own a personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Travel up to 120 miles one-way for customer appointments.
  • Available to work a varied 5-day schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Own a personal cellphone for work communication.
  • Comfortable around household pets.
  • Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, and persuasive communicator.
  • Open-minded, eager to learn diverse skills for various career paths.
  • Outgoing personality, thriving on human interaction.
