Skilled Crew Member - Landscape Construction
Location: Jerseyville, Ontario (must have reliable transportation)
Compensation: $25-29/hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (April–November), winter work available

What You’ll Do:
  1. Transform Outdoor Spaces with Hardscape Projects – Build and enhance landscapes by installing pavers, retaining walls, stone features, and other hardscape elements with precision and craftsmanship.
  2. Operate Heavy Equipment with Confidence – Work with Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, and Dingos to assist with excavation, grading, and material movement safely and efficiently.
  3. Work with High-Quality Tools & Materials – Use compactors, screeds, saws, and hand tools to ensure durability and long-lasting results in every project.
  4. Collaborate with a Skilled Team – Work alongside construction professionals who take pride in craftsmanship, share knowledge, and support each other to achieve high-quality results.
  5. Follow Site Plans & Elevations – Execute hardscape installations based on project blueprints, ensuring accuracy and a polished final product.
  6. Prioritize Safety & Professionalism – Maintain a clean, organized worksite, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Who You Are:
  1. Experienced in Hardscape Installation – You have at least 2 years of experience in paver installation, setting bases, grading, and interlock projects.
  2. Proficient in Installation Techniques – You’re skilled in compaction, screeding, leveling, and cutting materials for top-quality results.
  3. Comfortable Operating Equipment – You have experience using Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, or Dingos for excavation and grading.
  4. G-Class Driver’s License Required
  5. Detail-Oriented & Committed to Quality – You take pride in precision work and care about the final result.
  6. Physically Capable & Hardworking – This role involves standing, lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions—we provide the right tools and training to help you succeed.
  7. A Team Player with a Growth Mindset – You work well with others, communicate clearly, and are open to learning new techniques.
Commitment:

April–December, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season)

Winter Work Available: Snow removal positions open for equipment operators.
