I'm looking for an accounts payable technician for my client in the east end of Montreal. This is a permanent contract, with only one day in the office and four days telecommuting.

Your responsibilities:

1. Assist our service centers in the process of receiving and authorizing invoices (Goods and Services);
2. Ensure the accuracy of receipts awaiting processing (CARS);
3. Responsible for the correct processing of invoices in compliance with the internal invoicing procedure in the SenSaas payable system;
4. Manage anomalies;
5. Collect credit balances;
6. Reconcile account statements;
7. Ensure application of internal controls and participate in various internal audits;
8. Provide administrative support to suppliers and internal customers;
9. Follow up on various files;
10. Participate in various departmental projects;
11. Ability to work with high volume.
