An established industry player is seeking a dynamic HR Training professional to enhance learning and development initiatives. In this project-based role, you will collaborate with a dedicated program team to design and deliver impactful training sessions, both virtually and in-person. Your expertise will help local Co-ops thrive as you refine training content, manage logistics for workshops, and ensure alignment with program goals. You will work closely with the program team and will report into the Training Lead. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, relationship building and support.
