Our member is seeking a skilled and motivated Outside Sales Representative - Account Manager to join their team in Brantford, ON.

At Frost Building Systems Inc., we specialize in high-quality insulated panels and a broad range of building materials, including aluminum composite material panels, aluminum plate panels, metal siding, and cold storage solutions. With extensive experience in building and renovating process plants, cold storage facilities, supermarkets, and distribution centers, we’re committed to delivering projects on time and with excellent ongoing support.

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Account Manager

Company: Frost Building Systems Inc.

Location: Ontario

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000 base salary, plus commission (total earning potential: $80,000 to $150,000+)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively prospect and cold-call potential clients within the commercial and industrial sectors to expand our customer base.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving repeat business.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (commission structure discussed separately).
  • Project Oversight: Manage projects from initial contact to successful completion, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Quote & Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate quotes and project estimates tailored to client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain an organized system of tracking and managing ongoing sales activities using CRM tools.

Typical Duties:

  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare and submit detailed quotes for projects, with approval from the Sales Manager before presentation to clients.
  • Accurately maintain job files, including client quotes, contracts, specifications, and signed shop drawings, and ensure smooth handover to the Installation Department.
  • Track and manage sales orders, vendor purchase orders, and other related documents.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • A solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
