HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
Open, sort and Q.C. all incoming mortgage documentation packages in accordance with lender procedure guide for the Ontario standard service program.
Return registered documents to the Lender in accordance with the lender procedure guide
Identify unregisterable documents and elevate per lender procedure guides
Respond to and deliver all requests for office supplies from internal partners, completing supply order via third party vendor as needed.
Update and maintain the department training manuals as required
Meet and exceed lender service level agreements
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
1-3 years Law clerk or legal administration experience.
Basic understanding of mortgage and land titles guidelines and procedures
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently.
Previous office experience is preferred
Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information
Ability to work independently in a deadline driven environment
Flexibility to work additional hours as required
