Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced, energetic Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth , building and maintaining key customer relationships , and expanding our presence in retail, wholesale, and specialty markets .

This is a high-impact role with direct access to leadership and a clear path to advance as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets, mostly focused on wholesale growth, with some DTC opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts (specialty retailers, regional grocery stores, gift shops, etc.).
  • Identify and close new business opportunities (wholesale, distributors, food service, corporate gifts).
  • Build strong relationships with customers, brokers, distributors, and partners.
  • Track and report on sales goals, KPIs, and market feedback.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build brand visibility.
  • Work closely with marketing to align on promotions, new product launches, and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of successful sales experience in the food, beverage, or CPG industries.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets .
  • Experience managing independent retailers , distributors , and regional grocery accounts.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale , retail , and direct-to-consumer sales channels.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (~15%–25%).
