Job Description:- Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise-level technology projects, particularly within the context of Operations Control Rooms.
- The ideal candidate will possess PMP or PRINCE2 certification and demonstrate hands-on experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation through to successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects related to Operations Control Room modernization and enhancement.
- Oversee the successful delivery of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Upgrade Project and the CROW Generation Project, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
- The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver fully integrated enterprise systems.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and dependencies.
- Provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Qualifications:- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum [X] years of project management experience, with a strong focus on operations or utility-based control room environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, enterprise system implementations.
- Experience working in complex stakeholder environments and matrix organizations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:- Knowledge of AMI systems, SCADA, or control room operations in utilities or infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with project delivery in highly regulated or public-sector organizations.
