Healthcare Organizational Change Management Project Manager (Remote Canada)

Position Details:

• Remote - Long Term Project
• MUST be a Canadian Resident willing to work as an Hourly Independent Contractor
• MUST provide proof of Valid Prosci (ADKAR), PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner, and Six Sigma certifications

Role Overview:

The candidate will facilitate healthcare delivery transformation through information and communication technology, focusing on effective information management across the provincial health sector.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10 years’ experience in organizational change management in healthcare IT projects, including stakeholder analysis and targeted communications. Provide at least 3 examples with a total of 10+ years.
• 7 years’ experience in project management or team leadership in healthcare projects, including planning and coaching. Provide at least 3 examples with a total of 7+ years.
• 5 years’ experience developing training materials for healthcare process changes, including large organizations. Provide at least 2 examples with a total of 5+ years.
• 3 years’ experience in standard staff scheduling process implementation across multiple healthcare organizations, with at least 2 examples totaling 3+ years.
• 3 years’ experience providing direct patient care in healthcare settings, with at least 1 example of 3+ years.
• 1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in homecare settings, with at least 1 example of 1+ year.
