Skill and Experience:- 10 years’ experience managing information technology projects in a healthcare environment.
- Experience should include reporting progress to the project steering committee and ensuring the safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment.
- 7 years’ experience coordinating internal delivery staff, vendor partners and customer stakeholders to successfully delivery project outcomes that support digital business transformation projects in a healthcare environment.
- 5 years’ experience implementing or migrating organization to Microsoft M365 and Exchange online in a large acute care or public sector environment.
- Experience should include coordinating implementation with clinical and business resources and management and ensuring that all staff are adequately prepared for the new solution.
- 5 years’ experience directly testing or coordinating the testing of M365 products and services including Microsoft exchange online transition from on-premises mail services.
- 5 years’ experience utilizing a structured methodology such as Prosci to deliver organizational change management strategies and plans.
