Position Overview

The Business Analyst reports to the Vice President, Administration. The role involves supporting administrative functions through technical solutions, process analysis, and system support. The incumbent will utilize analytical and coding skills to enhance RMA’s in-house administration system, collaborating with management and stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by automating processes and improving workflows.
• Build and maintain queries and tables using SQL, VBA, and/or Python.
• Understand system architecture, including back-end tables and stored procedures.
• Lead discussions on business and system issues to identify improvements.
• Communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders and management.
• Develop business requirements and documentation using standard tools.
• Learn and analyze business processes related to operations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in business process analysis.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Access.
• Experience with SQL, VBA, R/Python.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
