Role Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and develop new business
• Provide prompt customer service, advice, and insurance explanations
• Review and process incoming commercial paperwork
• Assist with quotes, policy updates, and documentation
• Coordinate with insurers and underwriters, negotiate renewals and claims
• Gather additional information for underwriting and complete applications

Candidate Requirements

• High School diploma or higher
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• 2-3 years of insurance industry experience
• RIBO license or willingness to obtain
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate strong organizational skills
