Responsibilities
- Perform all required project RAMS tasks at system, subsystem, or equipment level.
- Conduct RAMS analyses as per applicable instructions, processes, and customer requirements.
- Review or develop System Safety Assurance analyses and Safety assurance management plans in accordance with CENELEC standards (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129, EN50159).
- Assess the RAMS performance of products and identify upstream RAMS requirements to meet targets.
- Review and develop HW/SW analyses such as PHA, SHA, SSHA, IHA, O&SHA using techniques like FMECAs, FTA, ETA, RBD, CCF.
- Develop processes and procedures for Hazard Log Management tools.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Rail Safety & RAM.
- Mandatory knowledge of Safety & RAM engineering processes, methods, and tools.
- Understanding of railway systems.
- Pro-active, flexible, and open-minded personality.
- Knowledge of standards such as EN50126, EN50128, EN50129, EN50159.
- Good understanding of complex systems architectures, functional design, schematics, and drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with internal and external technical teams, clients, vendors, and team members.
