Our client is now seeking an exceptional junior to mid-level Corporate Tax Associate to join their national team in Calgary.

The successful candidate will have:

• 1 - 4 years of post-call experience as a corporate tax lawyer from a reputable national, regional, or boutique tax firm
• Experience in tax planning, compliance, and tax-focused corporate transactions
• Completion of an in-depth Tax Course or LLM in tax (considered an asset)
• Strong technical skills in tax planning
• Advisory experience
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive priorities
• Excellent academic credentials
• Qualified to practice law in Canada
