McDermott Family Law is searching for another energetic, well-rounded family law lawyer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience in Family Law.

The candidate should be proficient with legal drafting, effective negotiation and communication skills, and have experience using or understanding legal software, which may include but is not limited to Divorcemate Cloud, Word, Excel, billing, and accounting software.

Experience in legal research and assistance in preparing for Superior Court Motions and/or Trials is required.
