Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking bilingual professionals for back-office support roles in the banking industry. Candidates will assist with day-to-day operations, data entry, and client communications in both English and French. Qualifications

What You’ll Do :

  • Support day-to-day banking operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Perform high-volume data entry and administrative tasks with attention to accuracy and timelines
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients in both English and French
  • Assist in client account maintenance, document processing, transactions and reporting
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to support operational tasks

What We’re Looking For :

  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong administrative and customer service experience
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services is a strong asset
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong data entry and documentation accuracy
