The Administrative Assistant supports the team in daily activities remotely, ensuring effective coordination of administrative tasks and smooth communication in both English and French. This role includes responsibility for client billing, managing the inspection calendar, and handling various administrative documents.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Prepare, review, and translate documents in both French and English.
- Manage and distribute emails and correspondence based on the recipient’s language.
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Director.
- Handle client billing, including payment tracking and verification.
- Manage credits and debits.
- Coordinate the inspection schedule, ensuring effective communication with the team and clients.
- Organize meetings and travel arrangements for the leadership team.
- Manage calendars and schedules while prioritizing tasks and urgent matters.
- Provide administrative support to inspectors.
- Maintain the registry of pending files and assist with assignment coordination.
- Manage inspection requests.
- Assist in preparing bilingual reports and presentations.
Work Conditions and Environment :

Qualifications
- Diploma in administration, office management, or a related field.
