Our Ideal Candidate

Our Saskatoon team is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Lead. The role requires expertise in sales, proposal preparation, and client management, with a strong collaboration with operations. The successful candidate must be comfortable supporting and coaching the team in these areas.

A Day in the Life

This position leads sales development for the Saskatoon team, including opportunity/lead generation, client management, proposal preparations, contract negotiations, and client relationship management. The role involves managing all sales aspects for existing key clients and developing new opportunities to exceed quarterly and yearly targets.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • Experience in consulting engineering preferred
  • Experience with EPCM, or PM/CM services is strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of sales and marketing experience in Canada preferred
  • Resilience and adaptability to handle rejection and pivot when needed
  • Strategic vision to identify market trends and align opportunities with company goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to connect with potential clients and internal stakeholders
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Professional and confident communication with clients and executives
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Proposal development experience is an asset
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
