Scope of the Position :

The Recruitment Specialist will build and develop a pool of qualified candidates, act as a talent scout, and support employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including requisition creation, job posting, ATS management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop recruitment plans addressing team needs and gaps.
• Maintain relationships with HR, hiring managers, agencies, and educational institutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Negotiate job offers and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements through metrics and market trend analysis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-secondary degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting job requirements, behavioral interviewing, and using social media and job portals for sourcing.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and travel up to 20%.
