Outside Commercial Sales Representative

NEXT Supply is a leading supplier in wholesale Plumbing and Hydronics, setting high standards in service, product availability, and delivery. We have strategically located warehouses across and beyond the GTA, each stocked with inventory and equipped with strong delivery capabilities.

Role Overview:

As an Outside Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales initiatives within the Greater Toronto Area’s commercial segment.

What You Will Do:

Sales and Customer Support

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing product knowledge and assistance for their daily needs.
• Visit job sites as required to identify opportunities or challenges, ensuring NEXT standards of service are met, and report details and results.
• Seek opportunities to increase market penetration with existing and new customers.
• Provide customer support, including answering calls, order entry, product sourcing, and follow-up.
• Support the sales team in meeting customer requirements.
• Review daily reports to ensure pricing accuracy before billing.
• Coordinate with the shipping department for special customer requests.
• Work with A/R to resolve credit issues and pricing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors for product training, sourcing, and pricing.

What We Require:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong product knowledge of plumbing and hydronic supplies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask managing various orders and activities.
