Job Description: Housekeeping Room Attendant

This position requires an individual with 1 to less than 7 months of experience, working in hotel, motel, or resort settings. Responsibilities include:

1. Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
2. Dusting furniture
3. Vacuuming carpets, rugs, draperies, and upholstery
4. Making beds and changing sheets
5. Distributing towels and toiletries
6. Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
7. Cleaning and disinfecting elevators
8. Handling and reporting lost and found items
9. Attending to guest requests for supplies or other needs
10. Providing basic information about facilities
11. Picking up debris and emptying trash
12. Washing windows, walls, and ceilings
13. Addressing guest complaints or concerns

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Handling heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for long periods, and walking
