A Snapshot of Your Day

The sales coordinator is responsible for managing and generating offers based on customers' technical and commercial specifications and requirements. Support the sales teams and agents with offers, technical, and commercial support. Oversee and lead day-to-day activities in a specific territory with the goal to maintain and expand the customer base and order intake. Verify the accuracy of purchase orders, enter the orders into the SAP system, and manage contracts.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze technical and commercial specifications.
  • Generate technical and commercial proposals based on customer specifications, in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate activities within the territory, including quote monitoring, follow-ups, and contract management.
  • Support the sales team with customer management and business development.
  • Achieve company sales and profitability goals by providing strategic information and recommendations.
  • Develop and suggest action plans to increase the efficiency of the inside sales department.
  • Follow up aggressively on key target projects (KTP) and open quotes.
  • Support in planning, organizing, and participating in conferences and trade shows.
  • Assist the Sales team in preparing regional strategies and action plans.
  • Identify market trends, including pricing and competitor behavior.
  • Conduct reporting and win-loss analysis.
  • Assist customers and agents as needed.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Technician or Engineering degree is desirable.
  • A minimum of 1 year of technical and/or commercial experience in technical sales, inside sales, or marketing.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent in French and advanced English communication skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with external customers and internal staff.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven attitude.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required (no more than 5% of the time).
