Job Description

As an in-office SEO Specialist at Firm Media, your role is crucial to our clients' digital marketing success. You will work closely with the SEO team to execute and optimize SEO campaigns, drive organic search traffic, and improve search engine rankings. Your expertise in SEO techniques and best practices will be essential in achieving client goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Alignment and Implementation: Adhere to the overarching strategy set by the SEO Manager regarding best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
• WordPress Expertise: Enhance menus, plugins, website appearance, and settings; perform content migrations; apply FM's proprietary SEO settings.
• Citation Development: Manage citations across platforms like GMB, Apple Maps, Bing, and Yelp; use BrightLocal for management.
• Proficiency with SEO Tools: Use SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Screaming Frog to drive campaigns and report results.
• On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO: Optimize website content, conduct keyword research, collaborate with content teams, perform audits, build links, and resolve technical issues.
• Character Attributes: Positivity, humility, accountability, professionalism, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred), attention to detail, data analysis skills, strong communication, at least 1 year of SEO experience.
