Loan Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Support customers and prospective customers via phone and in person to provide excellent service.
• Assess loan applications accurately and promptly in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow credit policy rules meticulously to ensure risk management.
• Gather necessary loan information.
• Promote and sell loan and protection products.
• Close loans both virtually and in person.
• Follow up on past-due customer accounts.
• Manage cash controls, including payment processing.
• Engage in personal training and development to enhance customer experience and build trust.
