We’re a leading direct importer and primary supplier of raw materials and ingredients to the food, feed, nutraceutical, supplement, sports nutrition, and cosmetic industries. We're looking for a reliable and experienced Sales Support Representative to join our team in Ontario, CA.

What You’ll Do :

1. Accurately process customer orders using ERP software
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
3. Coordinate inventory levels with purchasing to ensure product availability
4. Work closely with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders or deliveries
6. Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and shipping departments to streamline operations

What We’re Looking For :

1. 3–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing (preferably in manufacturing or supply chain)
2. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
4. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment
