We seek an experienced Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue. Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify and engage high-value prospects through outreach, networking, and industry events. Execute territory plans to increase market presence.
  • Consultative Sales & Solutions Development: Assess client needs and present tailored offerings demonstrating ROI and value.
  • Proposal Development & Presentations: Create impactful sales presentations and proposals aligned with client objectives.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management: Build trust-based, long-term relationships with law firms, legal departments, and tech leaders.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals effectively.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling services.
  • Industry Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally to optimize client experiences and ensure successful implementations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development within legal services, tech-driven services, or consulting.
  • Background in law, legal consulting, or litigation support with knowledge of legal technology, eDiscovery, and document review is desirable.
  • Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Proven success in consultative selling and complex negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
