The Role
This position involves representing MCAP to the Mortgage Brokerage community within a specified territory. The primary responsibilities include retaining and growing existing business with current MCAP-registered brokers/agents, and developing new business with brokers/agents not yet registered with MCAP. The Business Development Manager will be accountable for achieving specific annual targets related to funded volume, including net new origination and refinance, with secondary targets based on other business priorities set by the VP, Sales. The role is primarily remote, with travel required to brokers in the Greater Toronto Area, Southwestern Ontario, and MCAP offices. A valid driver’s license is required.
