Accounts Receivable & Order Desk Supervisor

Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing company in Sturgeon County, is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily AR and Order Desk operations. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years in AR and some supervisory or lead experience, ready to take ownership and drive change in a paper-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Order Desk team
  • Oversee invoicing, collections, and payment processing with accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure sales orders from CRM are correctly entered into the ERP system
  • Act as a key contact for escalations and customer inquiries related to invoices and orders
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to align order fulfillment and billing processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline paper-based workflows
  • Provide training, backup support, and coverage planning for smooth operations
  • Support change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience (collections, invoicing, reconciliations)
  • Experience supervising or leading a small team
  • Familiarity with order processing systems (CRM & ERP)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; experience in a growing company is a plus
