SUMMARY

Under supervision, the Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering assigned projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

For the assigned projects:

  1. Plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, typically of moderate complexity, risk, and exposure.
  2. Collaborates with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and requirements.
  3. Develops and implements project plans and schedules.
  4. Determines resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines.
  5. Monitors project delivery against timelines to ensure timely completion.
  6. Oversees project team activities and monitors task completion.
  7. Communicates project status to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and meet all regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.
  • Resolves issues, manages client expectations, and ensures client satisfaction.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Proven ability and experience in project management, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specifications, complying with all requirements including regulatory, environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Experience in project budget management.
  • Experience in project risk mitigation and management.
  • Strong communication, influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Strong client service orientation.
  • Proven leadership in project team management.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to quickly learn new applications.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $52,864 - $66,080 per annum, based on competencies, experience, education, and performance.
