Job Description:

This position is for an Amazon Marketplace Operations Specialist at Automotive Outfitters, located in Gloucester, ON, Canada. The role is suitable for candidates with a Bachelor Degree. Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers and oversee drop ship orders
• Handle returns and online return requests
• Monitor order cancellations and track shipments
• Identify opportunities for FBA shipments or pricing adjustments

Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency in troubleshooting order/shipping issues
• Excellent written communication skills
