About The Role
The Amazon Ads Performance Manager will be accountable for and optimize all of Earth Rated's digital advertising efforts across all our Amazon Marketplaces. The AAPM will be hands-on, helping to efficiently and profitably scale our Marketplace and Online Business. The Performance Manager should demonstrate proficiency across multiple Amazon marketplaces, utilizing both Search & Display advertising. You will report to the Director of eCommerce.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation and optimization quotidienne de nos campagnes, enchères, mots-clés; en collaboration avec des partenaires internes/externes et des agences.
  • Ownership of the build-out, pacing, allocation, and spend limitations of the annual advertising budget.
  • Drive growth and profitability while increasing market share across all markets.
  • Transform qualitative data into actionable reports for company-wide decision-making.
  • Review and optimize brand and marketing assets based on awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop a synergistic brand-building approach.
  • Stay current with Amazon advertising best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon advertising strategy, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and display campaigns, tailored to product categories and customer segments using AMC data.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Work with content and creative teams to develop high-quality ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy.
  • Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture.
Our ideal candidate has
  • 3-5 years of experience with Amazon Ads
  • 1-3 years of experience with budget management & planning
  • 2+ years of success in building e-commerce sales in US and internationally
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Platforms (Seller & Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP & AMC)
  • Experience with data tools like Tableau
  • Interest in A/B testing new ad types and opportunities
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including planning, keyword research, merchandising, copywriting, SEM & SEO
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Passion for the industry and its evolution
  • Strong analytical skills to support business decisions
