• 5+ years of experience leading software development organizations.
• Deep knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Technical expertise in software development, AI-driven solutions, architecture, and engineering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Public Safety or related software.
