Your Mission

We seek a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead our global partnership initiatives. This role involves developing, cultivating, and scaling strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation. You will be hands-on, involved in negotiations, partnership development, and go-to-market strategies, while also leading the Partnerships team across APAC and North America. You will report to the VP of Revenue and work cross-functionally, representing AfterShip at industry events (up to 30% travel).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and lead global strategic partnership strategies to support revenue, product adoption, and market expansion.
  2. Negotiate and close high-value deals with tech platforms, solution providers, and integrators.
  3. Develop scalable partner programs including onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and co-marketing.
  4. Lead and mentor a distributed team across regions.
  5. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align efforts.
  6. Set KPIs to measure partnership success and ROI.
  7. Represent AfterShip at conferences, summits, and partner events.
Who We're Looking For
  • At least 7 years in partnership management or business development, with 3+ in leadership.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce and logistics industries.
  • Proven builder and doer, capable of strategy and execution.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-to-revenue skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and across time zones.
  • Data-driven, outcome-focused, proactive.
  • Experience leading distributed teams is a plus.
