The Opportunity:

Are you looking for a dynamic, travel-loving team? Sunwing offers an EPIC work culture. We are seeking a Partner Marketing Supervisor responsible for managing contractual obligations related to product marketing plans, overseeing department staff, and providing coaching and subject matter expertise. This role reports to the Director, Product Support, and is based in Toronto, ON.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Manage plans and ensure all contracts are executed promptly.
  2. Supervise Partner Marketing Specialists, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff.
  3. Oversee all product marketing activities from an administrative perspective.
  4. Collaborate to prepare Tourist Board and Hotel Media Plans, and oversee their execution and reconciliation.
  5. Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate coop advertising.
  6. Manage coop receivables and ensure timely reconciliation, providing Proof of Performance documentation.
  7. Secure advertising funds for brochures and publications such as Hotel Listings and Weddings Magazine.
  8. Handle invoicing and collections in collaboration with accounting.
  9. Follow up with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance with coop partner guidelines.
  10. Manage creative approvals within brand standards.
  11. Maintain and develop relationships with contacts and internal teams.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  1. 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  2. College or university education in a related field; marketing certification is an asset.
  3. Proficiency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
  4. Excellent administrative and PC skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively under pressure.
