The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Partner Marketing Supervisor to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Partner Marketing Supervisor, you are responsible for the administrative support and management of all contractual obligations and processes pertaining to product Marketing plans. In this role, you are also responsible for overseeing staff in the department and acting as a subject matter expert and providing coaching as required. The position reports to the Director, Product Support, and will be located in Toronto, ON.

What You’ll Do

• Manage expectation of plans and all contracts are executed in a timely fashion.
• Supervise the Partner Marketing Specialists and maintain leadership of cross-functional teams while mentoring the junior team members.
• Provide administrative supervision for all product marketing-related activities.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare Tourist Board and Hotel Media Plans and manage the execution and reconciliation of agreed Marketing activities.
• Communicate and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure accuracy of all relevant coop advertising.
• Manage all coop receivables and ensure reconciliation of all media plans is completed in accurate and timely fashion providing all relevant back up for Proof of Performance (POP).
• Secure advertising funds for brochures and other publications such as Hotel Listings, Weddings Magazine etc.
• Manage Invoicing & collections with accounting to ensure reports are in place.
• Follow up internally and with outside suppliers to ensure that the pre-requisite guidelines of our co-op partners are followed with respect to the execution of agreed plans.
• Manage all creative approvals within the brand standard guidelines as set out by each partner.
• Maintain relationships with the existing contacts, develop new key accounts contacts and internal teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• 3-5 years of work-related experience
• College or University education in a related field – Marketing certification is an asset.
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate in Spanish and English – verbal and written.
• Must possess excellent administration skills and PC Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT, etc.)
• Ability to work with minimal direction to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
• Must be very organized, with a strong ability to multitask and work well under pressure
