Position Summary :
Reporting to the Manager of Data Operations, this role is responsible for leading the data engineering efforts that power TSSA’s company-wide data storage, processing, and reporting solutions. In this role you will work with a variety of tools to develop, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data warehouse, and data lakes. You'll collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and help them access and analyze data efficiently. You'll also mentor a team of data engineers and BI developers, provide technical guidance and best practices, and ensure that our data platform is reliable, scalable, and secure.
This role is critical to enhancing the use of data and analytics across the organization, driving strategic decision-making at all levels.
