About the role:
Absorb seeks a Team Lead for Software Development - Analytics! The successful candidate will guide and support our full stack development team, focusing on optimizing people, processes, and tools to enhance system architecture.

Your role:
Lead a full-stack team delivering scalable analytics solutions, mentor developers, promote agile practices, and contribute to system and process improvements. Collaborate across departments, align efforts with business goals, and participate in solution design and implementation using modern technologies.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor the development team.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable customer solutions.
• Promote agile methodologies within the team.
• Define and monitor KPIs for reporting systems and advocate for data process improvements.
• Understand and contribute to existing technology and domain discussions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
• Adapt to evolving priorities with flexibility.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience leading analytics, data, or software development teams with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.
• Experience with ELT pipelines (Fivetran, Matillion, Snowflake) or strong database and modeling skills, with interest in analytics and BI.
• Development skills in HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in C# (or Java/.NET), Web API, REST, and Microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), with bonus points for CI/CD and automation.
• Knowledge of software testing approaches; automation testing experience is a plus.
