Douglas College is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Medical Office Administration program at the Coquitlam Campus. Position Information
Location: Coquitlam Campus
Salary Range: $71,846 - $115,129 annually. Placement on the faculty salary scale is based on education, professional certification, and experience, in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for providing leadership and departmental administration for the Medical Office Administration program. Responsibilities include ensuring curriculum compliance with HICA standards by CHIMA, managing department operations such as budget, workload, and student recruitment, consulting with faculty on curriculum and operations, developing partnerships, organizing Program Advisory Committee meetings, and completing reports.
