Douglas College is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Medical Office Administration program. This role involves leadership in program administration, ensuring compliance with health information standards, managing budgets, and fostering stakeholder partnerships. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and experience in educational program management.

This role is responsible for providing leadership and departmental administration related to faculty functions for the Medical Office Administration program. This includes ensuring that the program curriculum meets the Health-Information-Certificate Associate (HICA) standards established by the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA); managing all operations of the department including budget, workload assignments, and student recruitment/marketing; consulting faculty members on matters related to curriculum and operations; developing and maintaining partnerships with external and internal stakeholders; organizing Program Advisory Committee meetings; and completing other reports as required.
