Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across multiple development teams.
2. Design and oversee architecture for complex systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
3. Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to align technology goals with business objectives.
4. Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). Ensure high-quality coding standards, code reviews, and development best practices.
5. Mentor and guide senior engineers and tech leads.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption when relevant.
7. Manage resource planning, team growth, and vendor relationships as needed.
8. Drive DevOps and CI/CD best practices to streamline development and deployment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Good years of experience in software engineering, with at least a few years in a leadership or director-level role.
3. Expertise in multiple tech stacks (e.g., MEAN/MERN, LAMP, .NET, Java Spring, Python/Django/Flask). Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with microservices architecture, API development, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Skills:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Banking Domain experience.
