We are hiring an IoT Solutions Architecture Manager to lead a regionally-focused team of Field Engineers in Presales and Professional Services, helping customers with solution architecture, design, and delivery.
Location: This is a remote role, managing a team in one of three regions: Americas, EMEA, or APAC. You must be located in one of these regions to manage the respective team across time zones.
Our IoT mission is to enable companies to create secure, connected device fleets. Canonical provides the Ubuntu OS and kernel, with secure update and management mechanisms. Our customers develop mission-critical control systems, gateways, and appliances that meet high security and quality standards. We aim to bring this security level to consumer electronics and device markets.
Our Field Engineers are thought leaders in embedded Linux strategy and delivery, passionate about solving hard problems and helping customers achieve technical and business goals. They advocate for open source and connected devices in edge computing, and develop their colleagues’ skills and understanding.
