About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Distribution, the Supervisor, Distribution is responsible for managing Coke Canada drivers and ensuring the effective distribution of Coca-Cola products to our customers. The Supervisor acts as a coach and mentor to their team. Success in this role requires the ability to plan workloads, motivate team members, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise a team of distribution employees, respecting budget constraints.
2. Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
3. Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements.
4. Manage drivers' delivery schedules and hours worked.
5. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving issues as needed.
6. Serve as a liaison between sales, distribution, and warehouse to ensure effective communication.
7. Manage and audit team members' timekeeping.
8. Operate within labor and OPEX budgets, respecting financial constraints.
9. Provide leadership, motivation, and training for team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years experience in consumer products or direct store delivery.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience managing in a unionized environment is preferred.
• Background in distribution, retail, or warehousing; beverage industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities to manage diverse teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Office and SAP tools.
