We are seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager in Training eager to advance their career. As an Assistant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and grow professionally.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and interested in developing into a future leader, contributing to the growth of the region and organization.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the General Manager in store profitability.
  2. Implementing Earls’ programs for selection, development, and recognition to foster an engaging environment.
  3. Managing all front-of-house routines, systems, and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability.
  4. Developing action plans with the leadership team to improve results.
  5. Creating and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager to ensure flawless operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A passion for service and a desire to build a career in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate others.
  • Commitment to teamwork, hospitality, and creating a fun environment.
  • Ability to foster a supportive experience for team members and guests.
  • Openness to learning, feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Legal right to work in Canada.
